  • 4 Liaison schools  - co working three
and solo at one
  • 6 HLN cases - 5 are at Lytton and are in monitoring phase

For Heather to gain more experience/ confidence following the RTLB practice sequence through individual cases

  2. Have a conversation with ANCO re resources - as teacher has indicated he would like more.
  3. Heather to go in and have a look at what resources the teacher/school currently have and identify ‘gaps’
  4. Heather to observe key programmes such as Maths, reading etc to assist with possible resources.
  5. Clarify expectations from teacher and ANCO - clear communication.
  6. Establish who will be responsible for HLN assessments in term 2.

Wellbeing/Resilience:
  • Heather likes the focus on wellbeing within the cluster. Loves the social aspect.
Heather and Jo feel, Heather does not need a wellbeing goal at this moment in time.
  1. Review this at our next CAIC meeting
  2. Heather  to self monitor and if she needs advice/guidance around hours of work etc she will contact CM or PL

Self Review  document 2017:
Heather has completed her self review in great detail. It is clear she has reflected deeply on her PTC’s. She has started to add evidence.
For Heather to gather and reflect on evidence for 4 PTC’s per term.
  1. Heather to select which PTC’s she will be focusing on for Terms 1 -4 (4 per term) to make this more manageable
  2. Heather to make a time at the end of each term to add evidence links and reflect.
  3. PL and Heather to review at next CAIC meeting
